Cobb County K-9 Adventures – Activity Book 

This interactive activity book, created in partnership with the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office, invites children to explore Cobb County through the eyes (and noses!) of its elite K-9 Unit. Readers will meet heroic dogs like Nala, Drako, Boomer, and Sherlock as they solve mysteries, find missing persons, and keep the community safe.

 

From local landmarks like Kennesaw Mountain and Truist Park to libraries and water parks, each location features a real-world spotlight, a K-9 story, and a themed activity—such as puzzles, word searches, mazes, tracing, or matching games. Kids will also learn about the different K-9 disciplines, from narcotics and explosive detection to tracking and patrol.
